Porchfest 2026 is just around the corner, part of the September event lineup here in Princeton, NJ! Replacing the original event which had to be cancelled due to rain and chilly temperatures back in April, it is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 26.
Porchfest celebrates and supports Princeton area’s local performing artists and musicians, providing a “stage” for them to perform and a day of music and entertainment for everyone in our community and visitors alike to enjoy. As an attendee, you stroll the streets, moving from porch to porch, mingling with the folks around you, and listening to emerging artists and established bands playing tunes from every genre. Now in its fifth year, this event is a lot of fun and a must-do!
As artists ourselves, including some talented musicians, Howard Design Group is honored to be one of the sponsors of this event. We created the key visuals to promote Porchfest 2026—you can see a collection of that artwork on display from the April event below, as well as some updated ones for September.

Each year, we refresh the “house with a porch” artwork to give the event a distinct look and feel, building upon the original concept while preserving brand recognition. The design is applied across a range of mediums—from event signage and print advertisements to digital platforms promoting the event. This year’s design features a terracotta-colored three story house (the porch), horns and strings (the music), violet-colored flowers (the joy!), and a beautiful sky-blue background as the primary color (bright and welcoming!).
