Team HDG started off this work week by sharing our favorite highlights from the weekend’s festivities: the second annual Princeton Porchfest music festival in downtown Princeton, NJ, brought to us by the Arts Council of Princeton!

The event, which took place on Saturday, April 29th, featured local musicians playing on porches of homes throughout downtown Princeton with a total of 18 porches hosting dozens of bands in a wide variety of genres. Despite grey skies, the community turned out with rain gear and enthusiasm to explore, to dance, and to support the arts.

Howard Design Group was pleased to collaborate with the Arts Council of Princeton team, creating the branding and event materials for the event. Building off the visual theme we had established last year, this year’s creative featured another “musical house,” on collateral included posters, stickers, t-shirts, banners, print ads, and more.

This year, our web design team was proud to introduce a new element to Princeton Porchfest: an online, interactive map that allowed attendees to navigate the festival’s 18 porches and 80+ performers, in addition to accessing FAQs, meeting the event sponsors, and more.

Congratulations to the Arts Council of Princeton on a hugely successful day. We are already looking forward to next year!
